Founded
PowereX is born with a bold vision: turn distributed energy assets into intelligent, market-ready flexibility resources. From day one, we aim to unlock hidden value in existing energy infrastructure and accelerate the integration of renewable energy with colocated flexibility.
First Flexibility Projects with Utilities
We launch our first flexibility pilots with utility partners and invest into developing advanced AI agents for market prediction, portfolio forecasting, and real-time asset optimization
International Footprint
PowereX joins the Smart City Works Actuator in Virginia, USA, sharpening our business model and expanding our technical capabilities. We grow the team and begin offering balancing-risk management for asset and customer portfolios.
BESS Projects & Flexibility Operations
We commission our first BESS installations and launch active asset management. PowereX starts operating a hybrid balancing group and implements diverse flexibility use cases across customer portfolios.
Expansion Across Slovakia
We onboard new balancing groups, commission additional BESS and hybrid flexibility projects, and solidify our position as a regulatory-ready flexibility operator in the Slovak market.
Entry into the Czech Republic
PowereX enters the Czech Republic with its first BESS installation and balancing-group operations. Meanwhile, we continue strengthening our footprint in Slovakia
Expansion to Ukraine & Austria
We enter the Ukrainian and Austrian markets and build a channel-partner network that supports broader expansion across the EU. Our Czech operations continue to grow at a rapid pace.
Wider European Expansion
We commissioned our first installations in Austria and Ukraine, including the first utility-scale BESS project. PowereX enters the Bulgarian market and continues expanding in all active regions.
Multi-Market Growth
