Current tech stack for development:

  • Backend is based mostly on - Java 18, SpringBoot, Gradle, Python 3.12, Docker

  • We host on AWS using these tech - EC2, S3, MSK, Glue, ECS, Lambda, ECR,..

  • We automatize our infrastructure using - Ansible, Terraform, Github actions

  • We test and review our code

  • Supporting tools - Slack, Confluence, Linux/Mac/Win friendly

Business Development Manager / Head of Business Development Department

Given the growing number of opportunities on the energy markets across Europe we require following from the potential candidate:

  • Strong motivation to work in the dynamic environment with international exposure, steady growth and high frequency of change/development

  • Passion for Energy and green energy transformation

  • Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with existing customers

  • Strong communication skills to be able to onboard new clients

  • Participation on business development initiatives and communication with new customers/leads

  • Communication with contractors/suppliers, their coordination and supervision

  • Involvement in creation of high value offers and price quotations, marketing materials

  • Representing the company at conferences, meetings, and workshops

  • Managing a small team, coordinating tasks with the software development team

  • Motivation to learn and understand new areas, business models, ability to combine and synergize knowledge to new value propositions (creativity)

  • Technical and data literacy (we don't just deal with things in MS office)

  • Leadership skills

  • Fluent in English
