We are looking for people who are eager to learn new things and are bold enough to bring their ideas and energy into our process of creating innovative products for intelligent management of virtual power plants for the energy markets of the future.

You will have direct impact on managing power sources such as solar farms, small hydropower plants and battery storages in order to achieve effective, sustainable and green solution in the environment of energy market.

Benefits of working with us:
  • Option of working remotely or in our office

  • Option of working as employee or contractor

  • Autonomy in work

  • Skilled and motivated colleagues - see

  • Employee shares in the company

  • Regular outing events

How to apply:

Open positions:

Software developer in R

What we expect of the candidate:

  • Solid experience in software development - familiar with agile development, git, REST services, dev-ops concepts, delivering microservice as a product.

  • Big R enthusiast (or at least willing to develop modern apps in R focused on AI/ML).

  • Automation and development of ETL data pipelines.

  • Critical thinking, strong problem solving skills and time management, eager to learn new things, we actively support open discussion about your own ideas.

  • Working closely with data-scientists and developers that are using state-of-the-art methods/frameworks.

  • Writing best possible software based on best-practice principles - clean code (KISS, DRY, etc.), testability, etc.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with containerisation, Docker/ECS

  • Experience with SQL-like and/or time-series databases (PostgreSQL, TImescaleDB,etc.)

  • Experience with AWS

  • Friend of Python/Java

Current tech stack for development:

You will work closely with data-scientists with this tech stack:

  • We develop our ML models in R language and frameworks Keras, TF, xgboost, and many others.

  • Create production ready APIs with plumber and as R packages.

  • We do apps and dashboards with Shiny and Golem.

General backend stack:

  • Monitoring of products/apps with Grafana, ELK stack, Prometheus, cloud watch.

  • We host on AWS.

  • We automatize our infrastructure using - Ansible, Terraform, Github actions.

  • We test and review our code.

  • Supporting tools - Jira, Slack, Confluence, Linux/Mac/Win friendly
